6cl Croft Pink
2,5cl Apple vodka
5cl camomile infusion
2cl simple syrup
1 spring of rosemary
Simple syrup: add 500ml of water and 500g of sugar into a medium hot pan, stir until the sugar is dissolved. Turn off the heat as soon as it starts to boil.
Shake all ingredients and double strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Add the rosemary sprig.
The first Pink Port. Perfect for summer, to be enjoyed very chilled or as a delicious cocktail. Wonderfully fresh and vibrant, full of the rich fruit flavours of Port but with a unique and distinctive appeal.
