1cl Fresh Lime Juice

Mint Simple Syrup Recipe:
24cl Water
200g Sugar
20 Fresh Mint Leaves
Pour in Croft Fine White Port, grapefruit juice, mint syrup, lime juice in the glass fill with ice. Stir until mixture is chilled. Top up with club soda.
Garnish: Sliced lime and fresh mint leaves.
Mint syrup Recipe: Combine water, sugar, and mint leaves in a sauce pot. Set over medium heat and bring to a simmer. Cook until sugar has dissolved. Remove from heat and allow mint to steep for 30 minutes. Strain out mint. Store mint syrup in the fridge until ready to use. Mint syrup will keep the in fridge for 2 weeks.
Croft Fine White Port is a blend of Ports produced from white grapes grown mainly on the Upper slopes of the Douro Valley.
