10-15 mint leaves
4cl apple juice
In a high ball glass, place the mint leaves and the apple juice. Press gently to extract the full aroma of the mint.
Add Croft Pink to taste.
Add crushed ice and stir. Fill the glass with more ice.
Garnish with apple slices.
