Sugar syrup: add 500ml of water and 500g of sugar into a medium hot pan and stir until the sugar is dissolved. turn off the heat as soon as it starts to boil. place the syrup into a bottle with lid.
Place the lime, the red fruits and 15ml of syrup into the glass. Muddle and add crushed ice before pouring Croft Pink to top the drink up.
The first Pink Port. Perfect for summer, to be enjoyed very chilled or as a delicious cocktail. Wonderfully fresh and vibrant, full of the rich fruit flavours of Port but with a unique and distinctive appeal.
